Overview of Responsibilities 岗位职责概述：
1. Developing a Technical Services business strategy, to include sales, operational & financial plans in conjunction with senior management.

2. Mentoring & training selected colleagues across the network to develop local initiatives & opportunities.

4. Make recommendations to management to buy assets with a view to renting them to vessel owners. This may include offshore scaffolding, spooling equipment, fenders, gensets, compressors, offshore containers, diving equipment, lifting & towing gears, hoses for bunkering/fresh-water discharge, gas meters etc.

1. Working in conjunction with the Group Commercial team to identify prospective customers.

2. Meeting customers with a view to understanding their requirements & positioning the company to win work.

3. Support the team when making technical proposals to customers.

5. Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure that the company is well-positioned to meet its business objectives.

Operational Development 操作的发展：
10. Work with HSEQ to tailor SOPs with a view to attaining relevant certifications/accreditations.

11. Standardize documentation for technical scopes of work.

12. Setting-up a network of vendors (which includes but is not limited to surveys, repairs & maintenance, re-certification, equipment rental & fabrication) to support the business activities.

13. Working with the procurement team for technical purchases.

14. Attend issues and manage day to day operational matters related to the business line.

16. Identifying and implementing new technologies, processes, and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of technical operations, reduce costs, and enhance safety and environmental performance.

17. Anticipate operational risks and mitigating issues on a day-to-day basis for projects.

Requirements and Capabilities 任职资格：
1. Must have 10-15 years’ experience working in onshore projects and offshore vessel management.

2. Must be culturally astute & be able to work across multiple cultures.

3. Must hold a degree in a business or engineering related subject, MBA is an advantage.

4. Excellent written and spoken English
