职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives：
在供应商定点后，确保供应商依照宜发上海要求完成产品及过程开发以保证批量供货。持续提升供应商质量能力表现。
After supplier is nominated, ensure the supplier finish part and process development to ensure series delivery. Continuously improve suppliers’ quality performance.

主要职责 Key Responsibilities：
1） 潜在供应商初期RPA审核，与采购一起按宜发供应商策略选择合适的潜在供应商。
Potential supplier RPA audit, support purchasing to select potential suppliers according to IFA supplier strategy.
2) 负责潜在供应商审核及开发，按VDA6.3要求和相关产品质量技术要求评估供应商质量管理体系和过程能力。最终纳入合格供方清单。
Responsible for potential supplier assessment and development, conduct process audit according to VDA6.3 and related product/process requirements, release supplier to approved vender list.
3) 主导与供应商的技术交流，验证供应商的APQP过程，确保APQP的进程满足IFA要求，定期跟踪并汇报供应商APQP过程中的问题。
Leading the TR with supplier, verify supplier APQP activities, ensure APQP progress/process integrity comply with IFA requirements, F/U and report supplier APQP progress/problems internally.
4) 根据项目节点要求，确保供应商按时按量交付样件。
According to project timing, ensure suppliers to deliver samples as per requested delivery timing and quantity.
5) 熟悉供应商管理质量工具，能够协助供应商完成新产品开发过程中出现的问题。
Familiar with supplier quality management tools, support supplier to resolve problems happening during new parts’ development.
6) 对新零件进行PPAP审核、确认节拍生产及PPAP文件批准，负责供应商零件的再认证。
Conduct PPAP audit, check run@rate, and be responsible for supplier PPAP approval and supplier parts requalification.
7) 负责SOP后供应商准入及退出GP12, 对零件进行GP12监控，确保零件质量。
Be responsible for suppliers’ entry and quit of GP12 and monitor GP12 after SOP to ensure part quality.
8) 处理来料、生产过程中及客户处发现的供应商质量问题。负责供应商质量处理程序。评审、跟踪和监控供应商问题解决和8D报告，定期汇报供应商8D处理状态及PPM状态。
Handle the supplier quality problem found in IQC, production and customer. Be responsible for the supplier complaint process. Review, follow up and monitor supplier problem solving and 8D report. Termly report supplier 8D status and PPM status.
9) 负责供应商持续改善程序，识别重点供应商并按计划实施持续改善活动。
Be responsible for supplier CIP process, identify key suppliers and conduct CIP activity according to plan.
10) 主导处理与供应商相关的紧急事态，如：供应商交付问题、限产等。
Leading to deal with emergency related with suppliers, e.g.: suppliers’ delivery issue, limited production, etc.
负责供应商年度过程审核和产品审核。
Be responsible for supplier annual process audit and part audit.
与质量、生产协同日常质量改善。Coordinate with quality department and manufacturing department on daily quality improvement.
11) 上级交办的其他事务。
Other tasks assigned by its superior.

职位任职条件 Basic Requirements：
1、熟悉ISO/TS16949质量管理体/Familiar with ISO/TS16949 quality management system
2、熟悉汽车行业和主机厂质量要求，例如VDA系列要求, GM QSB, VW Formel Q 等质量要求/Familiar automotive industry and OEM quality requirements, VDA series, GM QSB, VW Formel Q
3、熟悉APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC等工具 /Familiar with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC
4、熟练运用质量控制方法例如PDCA,8D/A3等/Work efficiently with quality control method like PDCA, 8D/A3.
5、具有供应商质量管理的经验/Working experience on supplier quality management
6、了解产品和工艺知识 （锻造，机加工，冷拔焊管，硫化，热处理）/Understand product knowledge and process knowledge （forging, machining, cold-draw weld tube, vulcanization, heat treatment）
7、良好的组织能力和沟通协调能力/Strong organizational skill, communication and coordination ability
8、具有很强的责任心/Sense of responsibility
9、注重细节Pay attention to details.
