Establish contact and develop customers relationship by proactively calling on the customer bases and all major companies involved in food, application business to determine their needs and communicate requirements back to the relevant Centres of Competencies in Europe. ? Responsible for supporting and obtaining capital process solutions and equipment orders. Develop relationships with key buyers which enables identification, qualification and pursuit of leads and gathering of market intelligence. ? Penetrate market proactively to generate new business opportunities. Thoroughly communicate customer requirements within the company. Coordinate the sales effort with other stakeholders in the company. ? Identify sales leads, qualify, pursue and capture, and give proper and timely feedback for the enforcement of the correct sales strategy, price positioning and sales negotiation. ? Acquire sales and market intelligence on issues such as industry trends, competition, price, and project status etc. ? Handle telephone and written inquiries and aggressively follow up in a timely manner throughout the sales process until final customer’s decision. ? Try to turn each hot project into order by leading or guiding all related meetings and discussions technically and commercially with customer throughout the entire sales process. ? Leverage Process Solution Specialists and other available resources with maximum efficiency. ? Accept and achieve the annual budgets or targets set by the management in relation to OI, GM and cashflow etc. ? Follow up overdue accounts receivable with related customers whenever necessary and required. ? Contribute to team effort by completing all tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor. ? Participate in trade shows and make presentations as assigned. ? Regularly report on activity, proposal status and forecasts. ? Maintain customer data and other sales data in the CRM system. ? Maintain a proper communication level through social media and similar networks. ? Strictly follow the company’s compliance guidelines
