Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for leading the team to provide technical support for Group & BUs.
2.Responsible for managing the allocation, progress, and results of all projects.
3.Responsible for the communication and coordination work with other departments and BUs.
4.Develop the technical abilities of the team, such as electrical Engineering, chemistry, Optics, smart lighting, etc.
5.Collaborate with suppliers to complete technological updates，cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Requirement:
1. More than10 years work experience in the lighting industry, with at least 3 years of team management experience.
2. Having R&D experience in lighting.
3. Rich project management experience.
