Role and Responsibilities

1.Functional and disciplinary leading and developing of SQA Nacelle / tower / blade material team.

2.Set up and maintain supplier performance in compliance with Global guidelines.

3.Global / Local responsibility for executing, maintaining and strategic development of defined processes.

4.Controlling, monitoring and execution of preventive and operational supplier and product qualification / homologation activities.

5.Support and handle the issues from escalation and coordination of homologation / Serial production activities.

6.Closely cooperate with Global / Local Quality team to have a Global / Local guidance and activities and implement in China.

7.Close collaboration with Global stakeholders (e.g. Sourcing, Engineering, Supplier)



Qualification

1.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.

2.At least 15 years working experience and at least 7 years at Quality management level.

3.Very good experience in quality management system, ISO 9001.

4.Very well understanding and implementation of PPAP / APQP(4Wind), FMEA, 8D, RCA, 6-sigma preferred.

5.Very good English speaking, writing.

6.Very good team player, open and honest.

7.Convincing manner and excellent communication skills towards internal and external.

8.Very strong knowledge and experience in at least 3 areas of casting, forging, welding, gearbox, bearing, hydraulic, electric, blade material.

9.Good understanding and working under cross-culture background or experience.

10.Wind industrial experience will be a plus.
