Possess a college education or above, with relevant certifications in Salesforce administration or project management preferred. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce project management or related roles. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices. Proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce implementation projects. Experience in e-commerce, CRM, and digital IT systems. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (oral and written); French language skills are advantageous. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
