岗位职责：
掌握市场的变化和竞争对手情况，了解客源市场布置的流量，注意市场结构的变化
能够独立开发和维护客户，根据客户的需求进行报价，提供物流咨询或方案
负责与客户之间的商务谈判，建立客户关系，提高合同额和利润率
负责协调各种内部、外部资源，协调与各部门的工作，解决在项目实施过程中出现的问题，提高客户满意度
通过客户回访，了解客户需求及潜在需求，以提高客户满意度，促成客户二次开发；
负责对项目回款过程的监控和执行，提高回款率；
针对现有的业务流程，能够进行流程优化和整合，并进行更多的建议和提案
根据公司及部门销售任务开展销售工作，完成各项销售指标

工作地点可在上海浦东祝桥或苏锡常
待遇由底薪，提成，绩效激励，和福利组成，根据应聘者的经验能力而定
Job Responsibilities:
1. Grasp the changes in the market and competitors, understand the flow of customer market arrangements, and pay attention to the changes in market structure.
2. Be able to develop and maintain customers independently, quoted price according to customer needs, provide logistics consulting or solutions.
3. Responsible for business negotiations with customers, establish customer relationships, and improve contract amount and profit margin.
4. Responsible for coordinating various internal and external resources, coordinating the work among various departments，solving problems arising during the project implementation, and improving the satisfaction of customers.
5. Through customer return visits, understand customer needs and potential needs, in order to improve the satisfaction of customers and promote secondary development of customers;
6. Responsible for monitoring and implementing the payment collection process of the project, and improving the payment collection rate.
7. Ability to optimize and integrate existing business processes and provide more advice and proposals.
8. Carried out sales work according to the sales tasks of the company and the department, and completed various sales targets.
9. Complete other work items confessed by the superior leadership
任职资格：
市场营销、物流等相关专业专科以上学历
具备5年以上相关行业的销售经验优先考虑;
具备较强的表达能力以及沟通协调能力;
具备吃苦耐劳的精神，喜爱销售工作；
良好的人际关系处理能力
热爱工作，敬业、勤恳，乐于思考，具有自我发展的主观愿望和自我学习能力。有驾照者优先
熟练使用Excel, PPT
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above in marketing, logistics or related fields
2. At least 5-year sales experience in related industry is preferred;
3. Have strong presentation skills, communication and coordination skills;
4. Have hard-working spirit, love sales work;
5. Good interpersonal skills
6. Passionate about work, dedicated, diligent, willing to think, with subjective desire for self-development and self-learning ability. Having driver's license is preferred.
