Responsibilities:
1. As product line owner, responsible for assigned product portfolio, principally revenue growth and margin expansion targets;
2. Responsible for product market positioning, evaluates the future product trends and needs through researching on customer insights, competitive dynamics, and market trends to determine product line’s longer-term strategic plan;
3. Responsible of the existing product’s market growth, defining and maintaining the product innovation roadmap, defining the key financial targets of the product line, actively cooperating with the sales team to promote channel sales of the products, responsible for the product life cycle management through new product development to product phase-out;
4. Defining the new products, in charge of the product predicting, project designing, key time points managing, product launching and product life cycle managing, in order to ensure the increase of the new products’ market share;
5. Supporting the Marcom team with all product related branding;
6. Responsible to collaborate with cross-functional partners, including R&D, procurement, production, quality and sales department in different project stage.


Job requirements/Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above, livestock related major or mechanical major is preferred;
2. Experience in IOT equipment related product management is a plus;
3. Minimum of 5 years work experiences, 2 years plus product management related work experience, solid experience of both product development and product marketing, with complete knowledge and methodology of product management;
4. Familiar with channel marketing, experience in cooperating with dealers to promote product is a plus;
5. Experience of technical support or sales experience related with livestock industry is highly preferred;
6. Proactive with strong learning abilities;
7. Excellent communication skills, able to use English as working language is preferred;
8. Good learning ability and sense of responsibility, ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ability to travel on a frequent basis.
9. Proficient in software such as Microsoft Office, Visio, Mind Manger.
