? Support client events by recommending, selecting venues, coordinating e-mailings/mailings, event collateral, logistics and working closely with businesses to ensure event goals and objectives are achieved; ? Measure success of event through attendee surveys, etc., ? Liaise with external suppliers, including writers, design firms, printers, mailing houses and production companies, whenever is needed; ? Support projects that involve creative service, including event materials and other marketing materials; ? Maintain projects files, including budgets, production schedules, copies and completed samples etc., ? Responsible for managing all user calls and requests on the client project; ? Manage and document all users feedback; ? Provide training to the front desk team; ? Ensure the Helpdesk service level achieve agreed delivery standards; ? Provide monthly Helpdesk Service report with analysis and improvement plan to the SOM for service enhancement. ? High level of communications within the organization and with the client
