Tasks: Focus on product lifecycle management, including potential product analysis, new product development and launch, product VAVE, for both passenger car and commercial vehicles The position should also look into data analysis management, including aftermarket car volume analysis, product line data management, sales data record analysis and other product related data management With closely cooperation with sales, PM should drive and promote business performance of product line by offering competitive product, which could fulfill customer requirements and market needs Identifying business opportunities and achieving incremental growth by new product launches, product range extensions or brand extensions Implementing the brand and product strategy through market segmentation and proper brand/product positioning (features, functions, quality, packaging, etc.), creating unique selling points to different target groups, support for product price strategy Coordinate global sourcing and identify supplier product quality level, from in-house plant product to 3rd-party purchasing part, to achieve a wide product line range, product salability and availability Support for product training and product marketing activity Other product related task
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in vehicle engineering or mechanical engineering, engineer background is a must. Min. 2 years working experiences in multinational companies in Product Management, Application Engineering, or Marketing for automotive industry, preferably in automotive aftermarket. Strong self-motivation and have the drive to implement his project or strategies Successful track record of achieving profitable growth by his measurable contributions Conceptual, analytical thinking and creative in problem solving Open-minded and be able to work in team Be able to convince the others of his ideas, set priorities and manage the resources to achieve the objectives Excellent Microsoft office skills, especially for excel and power point Excellent English and Chinese both in written and oral
