1、To work out sales strategy and complete sales target in the specific region 制定销售策略,完成指定区域的销售目标 2、Monitor account receivable on a monthly basis;每月例行监控区域内的客户的应收账款 3、Monthly meetings with sales team 每月与销售团队开月度销售会议 4、Finish and archive Meeting minutes of monthly meeting 完成销售月会的会议记录,文件归档 5、Planning and controlling of sales turnover, GP and KPI计划和控制销售额,毛利和KPI 6、Ride along with the sales team 与销售团队一起拜访客户 7、Pipeline checking and controlling of the sales team 销售团队的Pipeline检查和控制 8、GPS tracking and controlling GPS追踪和控制 9、Take effective measures to manage customers at risk 采取有效行动管理即将失去的客户 10、Be responsible for dead and obsolete stock controlling and follow up 控制死库存和呆滞物料,采取跟进行动 11、Collection days control and follow up 回款的账期控制和跟进 12、Reimbursement checking and approval of assigned sales team 负责所管辖销售团队的费用报销检查和审批 13、Other work assigned by superior and company 上级领导及公司分派的其他工作
