Job description You will be responsible for managing domestic warehousing and logistics to customers, including vendor management and coordination. You are expected to carefully coordinate and manage the flow of documents and information. As you will be customer facing, we expect that you will actively solve problems when they occur and improve processes to prevent future problems. As the business moves fast, it is important that you are a real team player who can actively and transparently communicate with both colleagues and clients. Responsibilities ？ Processing incoming orders ？ Following the orders to ensure the customer is served properly ？ Coordinating the import process between the broker and overseas supplier ？ Checking import documents carefully Personal characteristics ？ Highly organised and detail-oriented; able to multitask and balance priorities ？ Independent and problem-solving mindset ？ Strong work ethic and motivation to develop yourself ？ Team oriented with a strong sense of commitment to colleagues and clients Professional qualifications ？ Minimum relevant working experience: 1 year ？ Native Mandarin speaker with strong English skills (spoken and written) ？ Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ？ Experience in performing administrative tasks ？ Experience in imports or distribution is a plus ？ Experience in an international environment is a plus Required languages ?
