-Strong experience and references in bakery team of 5 stars hotels or bakery/pastry chain (pastry chain preferred, at least 5 years in the field);
-Highly skilled in making pastry products;
-Strong ability in teaching and sharing experience, Good presentation skills in both Chinese and English;
