As a Sales Assistant Manager in Trade Sales, Travel Trade Sales, you will focus on in-depth account management of future contracted travel trade partners and drive sustainable sales revenue as an in-house salesperson which includes but not limited to Travel Trade, school program, and Corporate or cross-industry partners.
This position is responsible for facilitating potential trade partners business cooperation process running-in, implementation, marketing/sales promotion plan development and execution. Pull and push the business goal.
Main Responsibilities
1. Assist in preparing for trade partners development, ensuring suitable trade partners for park opening and first-year growth. Responsibilities include evaluating system capability and financial solution feasibility, conducting research and analysis on channel products and promotions. Areas of involvement include OTA, TA, school program, and corporate sales. 2. Aid in developing and executing sales goals and action plans for designated regions/trade partners. Explore cooperation potential with assigned partners, devise sales strategies, action plans, and promotional methods to maximize partners’ capabilities, and drive overall park market share among local consumer groups. 3. Closely monitor partner sales performance, implementing effective action plans to ensure sales targets are met. 4. Assist in the preparation for the launch of new products in assigned regions and trade partners, including drafting or adjusting all T&Cs, guest-facing materials, ensuring internal approval. From a systems perspective, participate in relevant system testing, identify issues, and ensure flawless business-oriented product preparation before launch. 5. Efficiently communicate with internal teams including operations, legal, finance, branding, and public relations, ensuring timely access or synchronization of activity and product information. Maintain strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, positive attitude, and team spirit in project execution. 6. Educate/train trade partners to ensure their understanding of company culture and workflow. Supervise and handle daily work or requests from trade partners. 7. Responsible for the successful implementation of assigned sales projects/activities. 8. Assist Senior Sales Manager in developing team sales performance tracking, reporting, and analysis. 9. Build and maintain a market source trade database through market research and sales visit. 10. Reach potential partners through an effective approach to capture incremental business. 11. Other tasks assigned by superiors. 12. Health & Safety Managers/supervisors are responsible for all aspects of Health, Safety & Security within their team, in line with the Group Policy (HS001). In particular, they must ensure that risk assessments have been carried out, that safe working procedures are in place for all work activities and that all employees in their teams are aware of the Group Health, Safety and Security Policy and their obligations under it. They must ensure that safe working practices are monitored and that risk assessments and procedures are reviewed regularly. Where incidents do occur, they must ensure that they are investigated appropriately and that where necessary, corrective action is taken to ensure that such incidents are not repeated.
Job Requirements

Experience in travel trade operation, plus business acumen to identify potential area for business growth. 3. Sound account management skills and be able to exhibit a highly innovative business development mindset, to fuel continuous drive in securing new business opportunities. 4. Strong capability on project management, good at organizing, consolidation and process controlling. Strong communication skill on multi-function collaboration. High level of accountability and attention to detail. 5. Education: bachelor’s degree required from a four-year university in: Prefer degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Recreation, etc. 6. Experience: 5 years or more working experience in related travel industry, strong PowerPoint/Excel skills, experience in an administrative work. Good communication and negotiation skills in both Chinese and English.
