Primary Responsibilities: * Work very closely with marketing team to collect demand info of near to mid – long team at channel, brand, customer and or SKU level, ensure supply respond to market and sales plan changes in timely manner * Drive and conduct local PG level S&OP meeting to ensure issues/potential risks of demand, production capacity, supply and Inventory are addressed properly and timely * Provide visibility of demand in week/month/Quarter bucket, and mid to long term strategic plan to downstream to ensure end to end supply chain planning to support top line sales and business growth * Capacity collection/review/evaluation for in-house manufacturing and outsource according to make or buy guideline; generate production master plan and dispatching plan * Partner with commercial team proactively to close the gap based on month trends and well customer collaboration * Train and coach the demand planners to drive continuous improvement of the demand plan, inventory plan and forecasting process; support team to ensure required customer service levels are met while maintaining appropriate FG inventory levels Requirements: Education(Level): University graduate Major: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field of study, MBA preferred Language: Fluent in Mandarin (oral and written). Good English ( oral and written) PC Skills: Skillful in Microsoft office, SAP, MES, Soroban Personality: Motivational, organizing and planning skills, goal-oriented, Capability to work independently and analytical.Professional experiences and skills: ? More than 7 years of experience in Demand Planning, Marketing, Sales and/or Supply Planning. ? Proficiency in SAP planning modules.
