Who you are: The Claim Engineer will investigate, register, solve and/or assist in solving the issues reported by customers, Commissioning Engineers and/or Site Support Engineers? About the job: Solve where possible independently the issues reported by customers, Commissioning Engineers and/or Site Support Engineers in NEA, e.g. ordering and supplying to the shipyard of missing or broken items; Investigate, evaluate and handle claims; Register in Alfa Laval’s claim handling tool ACT; Responsible for follow up of claims, with the right functions for further remedial actions, including judgement/investigation/take right acton; Follows up on actions to warrant quality improvement; Answers customer questions and provides information about the process, contact Tumba/Monza/Moatti/Soborg product central for investigating and finding root cause; Monitor claim cost and analyse claim status each month and forecast special claim cost each quarter; Improve local & global supplier product quality Other quality or claim related matters What you know: Knowledge & Skills: 1.?????Marine Engineering background with good electrical and mechanical technical skills. 2.?????Minimum more than three years of experience as a Marine Engineer. 3.?????Operation experience of marine separators is mandatory. Alfa Laval separator experience is preferred. 4.?????Fluent in English, CET-6 is preferred. ?
