Job Title: Sales Representative – Flexible Electrical Flat Connections Position Summary: Join our team as a Sales Representative, focusing on B2B sales within the automotive and industrial sectors. While technical expertise will be built through training, prior experience in these areas is preferred. Key Responsibilities: · Act as the primary customer contact, effectively promoting our flexible electrical flat connectors. · Identify and develop new business opportunities, aligning customer needs with our product offerings. · Provide technical advice with support of our engineering department, showcasing the benefits and applications of our connectors. · Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sales support. · Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for potential and existing clients. · Collaborate with our engineering to convey customer feedback for product improvements. · Stay updated on industry trends, technological developments, and competitor products. · Work with marketing to create targeted sales strategies for our product line. · Prepare detailed quotes that align with client needs and company profitability goals. · Develop market-specific business strategies in collaboration with sales management.
Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering or a related field · Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales · Very good communication, negotiation and presentation skills · Ability to translate complex information into advantages for the customer. · Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on delivering results. · Chinese: mother tongue · English: C1 level · Willingness to travel to support customers on site.
