Job Title: Technical Sales Representative – Flexible Electrical Flat Connections
Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Technical Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in promoting and selling our innovative "Flexible Electrical Flat Connections". The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical background in electrical components or Electronic Manufacturing Services as well as commercial expertise to effectively advise clients and drive project acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
? Serve as the technical expert and point of contact for customers regarding our flexible electrical flat connectors.
? Identify and pursue new business opportunities, understanding customer requirements to effectively match our products to their needs.
? Provide in-depth technical consultation to clients to help them understand the advantages and applications of our flexible electrical flat connectors.
? Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through to negotiation, closing, and post-sales support.
? Organize and conduct presentations and product demonstrations for potential and existing clients.
? Work closely with the engineering department to accurately convey customer requirements and feedback for product enhancements.
? Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, technological developments, and competitive products.
? Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies for the product line.
? Prepare detailed technical proposals and quotes that meet both the client needs and company profitability targets.
? Definition of market-specific business strategies in coordination with sales management.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Administration or related technical field.
? Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, specifically with electrical connectors or related products.
? Strong technical knowledge of electrical connection technology, circuit board assembly and cable assembly.
? Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
? Ability to translate complex technical information into advantages for the customer.
? Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on delivering results.
? Fluent in Chinese and English
? Willingness to travel to support customers on site.
