Location: Shanghai/Guangzhou/Wuhan Job Responsibility: 1. Provide insights on the focused markets in the assigned territory and propose the strategy/tactics/initiatives and business plan for assigned territory and implement. 2. Executive the Key Initiatives of the Segments by closely working with Sales Teams. 3. ODE development plan and implementation, leads verification, Opportunities Management/Project Management to ensure the high hitting rate. 4. Segment performance track, opportunity track, account (ODE) development track. 5. Drive Key Projects to deliver the Business Results and KPIs. 6. Cooperate with Sales and GKA to support overseas projects. 7. Assist Segment manager to build up segment Competency Centre to provide guidance for Sales to have a standard and professional approach to provide value added solution to customers. Job Requirement: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above 2. At least 1 years working experience in Coatings/Chemistry industry as Marketing/BD/Sales, preferred in Infra (Bridge, Civil, Water pipeline) related area. 3. Past records Related products Project Experiences 4. Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver compelling technical sales presentations. 5. Good English skill in oral and written. 6.
