？ Take proactive steps to reconcile forecasts, backlog and shipments in order to meet customer demand and target Sales revenue.
？ Process orders, returns, and refunds in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
？ Track/Communicate material production progress and priorities to relevant stakeholders to ensure supply targets, proactively try all possibilities to close supply gaps.
？ Participate in account business reviews with both internal and external stakeholders, understand business and has contributions from Customer Account Specialist perspective during the review.
？ Work independently but closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
？ Pricing management, assist Sales on account annual price negotiation.
？ Data analysis provider that empowers for sales team with valuable insights to help sales growth revenue.
？ Regular customer visit to build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships.
？ Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, issues and quality related matters.
Requirements:
？ Good Excel and PowerPoint skill
？ Fluent in English
？ Experience with supply chain will be preferred.
？ At least 5 years’ experience with IC industry will be preferred.
？ Familiar with Power BI will be preferred.
