岗位职责
? Implement EHSQ regulation to ensure lab safety;
? Conduct lab tests including formulation design and screen out the most preferred product for specific application;
? Prepare testing report according to LWR from TS, all operations shall follow lab SOP.
? Do proper documentation for each lab activity;
? Lab equipment management to keep them in order;
? Track and follow-up on sampling to customers;
? Support the technical service team for trouble shooting and customer complaints;
? Clear focus on the adhesives and coating industry;
? Understand market trends of adhesives, and conduct product research and development according to customer needs.

任职要求
? Chemistry background, familiar with the formulation design, production process, and performance testing of adhesives;
? Bachelor or master degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or similar
? Related lab equipment operation and good analysis skills are required.
? R&D experience in Adhesives (RHM) is must,
? More than 5 years working experience in lab;
? Good command of English;
? Willing to travel and visit customers as per request (10-20% time)
