职位描述
Summary: We are authorized distributor for several well-known USA and European hardware component companies. Our primary customers rely on us for support with safety critical and/or exceptionally high quality applications. ?Our ability to support customers on a technical side is key to earning their trust to gain additional business helping them source non-standard parts as well (a key growth target). Both suppliers and customers have high expectations for our technical knowledge and customer service abilities

1. Be the owner of company’s quality management system such as ISO 9001 ensure smooth and successful audits.
a. Supervise Quality Goal for each internal procedure
b. Internal Audit
c. Management Review

2. Manage Quality Procedures, Purchasing Procedures, Warehouse Procedures according to ISO 9001:2015 by utilizing KPI of SAP.

3. Manage internal and external ECN.

4. Manage quality documents such as PPAP, 8D, CMRT.

5. Accept and submit IMDS and CAMDS.

6. Manage main products information of SAP by closely supervise the new set-up part numbers.

7. Monthly quality review and reports for management meeting.

8. Oversee all kinds of customer complains and follow up till closed to ensure acceptable quality level by closely working with general manager and sales manager.

9. Oversee new products development, work closely with sales and sourcing for identify proper suppliers and deviation.

10. Coordinate and perform activities in line with customers requirements including RoHS, REACH, MTR and other files with suppliers;

11. Lead and handle Non-conforming goods according to our ISO procedure; (Sorting, Replacement, Testing if necessary);

12. Investigate and resolve supplier quality concerns. Perform on-site audit if necessary and follow up all abnormal items;

13. Lead supplier performance improvement;

14. Participate in company’s internal training activities, be an internal trainer to share knowledge and skills;

15. Identify improvement opportunities for continuously improvement;

16. Support exporting business by sourcing and quality control (IQC for US company);

17. Reviewing customer documents/files in order to identify risks if any;

18. Keep Inventory Data Correct by utilizing SAP system;

19. Other jobs assigned by General Manager;
