· Facility Management – Delivering high quality, prompt and courteous Facility Management services to support the company business needs by manage office facilities. · Office Administration Management – Managing the office administration related work as per company guidelines/standards to ensure customer satisfaction, including but not limited to Shuttle bus, Office courier/Security guard/Cleaning service, etc. · Space Management/Projects – Playing a leading role to coordinate all internal/external parties to complete an office related project from start to finish. · Vendor Management – Evaluating service vender’s performance and focus on continue service quality improvement · Payment and reporting – Supervising all of facility expense claim and provide analysis report as per request. · Customer Satisfaction – Maintaining good relationships with customers. Executing adequate level of receptionist and vendor management so that a high level of service can be delive 1) Above 5 years working experience in field of FM/HR related 2) Strong business sense & understanding and Open minded, willing to care for others and share with others 3) High ownership (responsibility) and initiative working attitude 4) Good project management skill and problem solving skill 5) Fluent English language skills, Good communications skill, convince and influence skills, teamwork/collaboration spirit
