● Coordinate with cross-functional teams through all stages of IP development, ensuring successful execution, monitoring, and control to achieve customer success.
● Create, maintain, and track schedules, activities, and issues associated with customer engagements for IP deliverables.
● Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve potential issues throughout the integration process.
● Manage IP deliverables and provide integration support for both frontend and backend integration into customer SoCs before tape out.
● Possess a strong understanding of all IP development stages and the usage of analog IPs for SoC integration.
● Collaborate with IP developers and technical writers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information in IP integration and physical routing guides for SoC use.
● Drive closure for SoC supporting requests related to pre-silicon SoC-IP integration.
● Work with internal teams in resolving IP integration issues at the SoC level.
Qualifications:
● Master's degree in EE
● 10+ years of experience in digital design/ verification/ DFT, with more than 5 years of team management experience.
● Knowledge of SoC/IC design flow for advanced process technologies and methodologies in Silicon Development.
● Knowledge of DFT flow and ATE test technologies.
● Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
● Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external).
● Ability to work effectively in a global team environment, be self-motivated, and manage deliverables independently.
● Strong leadership skills.
