职位总体目的(主要职责)
The IT Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible overall M365 and Identity Access Management related service including implementation of new project and operational excellence. This role requires expertise in M365 services, as well as proficiency IAM related technology. Contribute to overall IT DX objective in DSCN.

●This role requires an understanding of IAM principles, protocols, and best practices. They will be able to support the execution and the implementation of designs provided by IAM architects and ensures these IAM capabilities and serves are adopted and successfully integrated with systems across the organization while providing ongoing support and maintenance for IAM processes and technology.
●Work with the security team to implement identity solutions, IAM policies, procedures, and standards to enforce security controls and compliance requirements to secure DSCN systems and services.
●This role also requires capability of providing support of all Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, Azure, Defender, Exchange. This entails optimizing the utilization of modern features in M365. Establish connections cross tenant, identify security vulnerabilities, and implement protective measures. Furthermore, engage in knowledge transfer, training, and support for administrators and/or users of the system. Expert in diagnosing Microsoft 365 issues, discerning and rectifying root causes. Support Azure cloud operations including RBAC, PIM, MFA, conditional access policies.
●Provides support in responding to break/fix requests monitoring the environment, supporting Digital Technology in change management processes for development, QA, and production environments.
●Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in collaboration technology.
●Facilitate clear communication across teams, providing updates on release status, known issues, and any potential impact on stakeholders. Coordinate communication of release schedules and changes to all relevant parties
●Provide day-to-day white glove support to VIPs on all local and remote IT issues.

资历要求：
●Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
●4+ years of experience in cloud engineering or a related role.
●3+ years implementing enterprise networks with routers/switches and security tools.
●1+ year in reading technical documents and using engineering/monitoring tools.
●Extensive experience with Azure and AWS cloud services.
●Strong knowledge of cloud landing zone architecture and best practices.
●Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing cloud-native services.
●Proficiency in cloud service monitoring and troubleshooting.
●Demonstrated experience in implementing cloud security measures.
●Familiarity with vendor management and coordination.
●Deep understanding of networking protocols, routing and switching, hypervisors, operating systems, and emerging cloud platforms.
●Ability to build customer relationships, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple priorities effectively.
●Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and learn new concepts quickly.
●Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical articulation and documentation. (bi-lingo, Chinese & English)
