The Innovation Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing innovation marketing strategies and ensure continuous innovation and market leadership.
- Deploy marketing strategies for automotive interior component products to ensure continuous innovation and market leadership. - Develop and implement global marketing plans, including brand promotion, market positioning, and channel management, to enhance brand awareness and market share. - Research, benchmark, and analyze automotive interior market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide strategic guidance for product innovation. - Identify and develop new market opportunities and partnerships to expand product applications and market share. - Coordinate internal team resources, including design, R&D, production, and sales, to ensure smooth execution of innovation marketing activities and achievement of results. - Comply with company’s ethics codes, management codes and conduct codes, etc. - Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Qualifications : The ideal candidate will have/be: - Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, marketing or related fields. - Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the automotive interior components industry (including innovation, production line, etc.), with rich industry knowledge and market insights. - Excellent project management and team leadership skills, able to effectively coordinate and manage cross-departmental collaboration. - Outstanding communication and presentation skills, able to effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners. - Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, able to identify and seize opportunities in a fast-changing market environment. - Fluent in English, both oral and written, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with global teams.
