1. 配合德方和中国同事推广新型稳定剂、阻燃剂等产品；
Cooperate with German and Chinese colleagues to promote new stabilizers and flame retardants.
2. 收集客户反馈，进行适当配方调整及实验验证；
Collect customer feedback, then conduct appropriate formula adjustment and laboratory verification accordingly.
3. 对技术和市场动向及时整理、归纳和汇报；
Timely sort out, summarize and report on the latest technology and market trends.
4. 参与市场推广活动，如技术研讨会、产品展示会等；
Participate in marketing activities, such as technical seminars, product demonstrations, etc.
5.公司提供丰富的培训资源（地点：中国、德国）。
We will provide extensive training resources（location: China、 Germany）。

任职要求：
Responsibilities:
1. ***，年龄：30-35岁之间，专业：材料或应用化学硕士及以上学历；

2. 愿出差，动手能力强，能独立完成实验，有较强的独立工作能力；
Willingness to travel for business and ability to work in the laboratory，Be competent for working independently as well as good hands - on skills.
3. 语言能力：英语熟练，能进行流利的交流；
Proficient in oral English.
4.对抗氧剂、阻燃剂或改性粒子在汽车、新能源方面应用有经验优先；
Experienced in the application of antioxidant, flame retardant or modified particles in automotive new energy industry.
