Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Develops a solid, lasting, and trusting relationship between major key customers in China. 2.Supports the elaboration of Global Industries strategies / initiatives and implements locally business plans. 3.Addresses technical issues to Product Management and Developers and contributes with solutions. 4.Maintain a high state of awareness of changes influencing the development of customers. 5.Manages communications between customers and local/regional/global Teams. 6.Foster the relationship with the technical decision-making levels. 7.Negotiates terms and conditions, and obligations, with selected customers with supervision of Area Manager according pre-established rules. 8.Works with engineering, design, sales teams, logistics, managers, and other team members to ensure the right choice of materials and services are being offered and all client needs met 9.Prepares and facilitates regular meetings with customers and company′s Team members. Organize and effectively communicate action plans as required 10.Meets all client needs and deliverables according to agreed upon timelines, including quote, on time delivery aftersales followup and payments 11.Present to collegues and managers relevant updates based on key KPIs 12.Identifies and delivers significant commercial opportunities with client(s) 13.Verifies all sales planning activities captured in CRM 14.Organizes market intelligence dashboards as applicable 15.Provides feedback to local and global teams regarding client perception of service offering 16.Represents the interests of Georg Fischer Piping Systems at local associations/societies and other relevant organizations. 17.Reports main activities on monthly basis to Head of Sales Marine Asia and consequently to Global Head Marine in Switzerland.
Requirements and Qualifications: 1.Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. 2.Goal-oriented, organized team player, self-motivated and self-directed. 3.Excellent interpersonal relationship skills. 4.Deep knowledge of the Marine Industry in China. 5.In-depth understanding of key clients and their position in the industry. 6.Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions. 7.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person. 8.Proven experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint 9.Strong negotiation skills. 10.Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account 11.Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals 12.Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, mathematics, or equivalent relavent experience 13.>10 years experience in Marine business in general with focus in Merchant, Offshore, Navy and Yachting, 14.Proven experience in business development, account management, and/or technical sales 15.Technical expertise: Understanding of available products and applications and their benefits to Vertical
