The Payroll and Benefit specialist will assist Payroll leader to deliver payroll and benefit operations services for Chinaand APAC countries . He/She will play a key role in the process and implement as well as continuously enhancement Payroll & Benefit 1、Collect payroll data and complete payroll input- 2、Validate payroll and tax reports to ensure all payroll related data proceeded accurately.* 3、Monitor payroll procedure to ensure payroll cycle processing timely and accurately.* 4、Prepare and deliver the statutory reporting to related government bodies. 5、Prepare monthly finance report and other report per request+ 6、Ensure full compliance for the payroll/benefit process.+ 7、Statutory/company benefit administration, including employee enrollment/leaving, data processing, vesting. payment and program initiation etc. 8、Vendor management for both payroll & benefit vendors. Support on benefit vendor contract renew process and payment 9、Payroll/benefit system related job including system implementation/testing/communication* 10、Payroll/benefit related process improvement and documentation 11、Annual payroll and benefit activities 12、Resolve related quires from different parties 13、Leave management system adimistration 14、Other payroll and benefit related activities and projects Qualifications / Required Competencies 1、2~6 years' relevant experience in Payroll or HR operations is preferred 2、Excellence communication and interpersonal skills, fluent English in both verbal and written 3、Positive and proactive working attitude and high energy level with strong customer service mindset
