Responsibilities:
1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into specific software requirements.
3. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
4. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, use cases, and functional specifications.
5. Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of business requirements.
6. Participate in the testing and quality assurance processes to validate the developed solutions.
7. Provide support and training to end users on new systems and processes.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
2. 3 years + proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in EC/retailing industry.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
6. Knowledge of EC/retailing operations and industry trends.
7. Good English
