Job description and responsibilities: 1. Contribute to the success of the company by utilizing professional methods and effective delivery. 2. Act as a representative of the company in promotional activities, business networking, and contract negotiations. 3. Seek out business opportunities, challenge conventional procedures, develop new products, and explore innovative approaches. 4. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services related to finance and tax matters in China. 5. Provide guidance and training to junior colleagues. Manage the financial and management risks of the company. 6. Identify opportunities and risks, and offer professional solutions to clients.
Requirements: 1. Mature university graduates with at least 10 years of experience in finance and tax areas, and a minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience as a senior manager (preferably with relevant experience in a Big 4 or other consulting firm and a multinational corporation). 2. Qualified as a China CPA, CTA, or a Chinese lawyer license. 3. In-depth understanding of China tax and finance policies. 4. Excellent managerial, organizational, and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong analytical skills and a high commitment to providing quality client service. 6. Excellent and proactive presentation skills and the ability to work in an English-speaking environment. 7. Willing to work under budget pressure, and to travel.
