Main tasks & key responsibilities 1. Continuously improve safety awareness of production employees and the standardization level of safety production, and establish a safe production environment 2. Deliver products that meet quality requirements through continuous improvement of production process standardization 3. Achieve timely delivery of products by eliminating waste and improving production efficiency 4. Promote lean work on the production site, constantly optimize and improve the standardization status of the site and achieve production-related KPIs 5. Continuously promote the improvement of personnel skills and position flexibility 6. Supervise maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc. Qualifications 1. Bachelor degree or above 2. At least 5 years working and management experience in mechanical or electrical assembly process 3. Familiar with safety and quality system requirements 4. Good command of English (written & spoken) 5. Mechanical/electrical assembly related professional skills 6. Continuous improvement of production process and manufacturing technology 7. Labor hour management and resource balance of manufacturing process
