？ Define XC China WeChat Communication strategy according to business, product, and integrated communication strategy, incl. achieve followers increase and average click target根据业务、产品和综合传播策略，制定公司微信传播策略，包括实现粉丝增长和平均点击目标
？ Overall responsible for XC China WeChat & its video platform editorial operation全面负责公司微信及其视频平台的编辑运营
？ Build up XC China WeChat writer group, together with the group, create at least 5 articles/month建立公司微信写手群，与群内成员一起，每月至少创作5篇文章
？ Lead Social platform communication projects, such as KOL videos, video clipping at forums负责社交平台传播项目，如KOL视频、论坛视频剪辑等
？ As one product communication specialist to support maximize the product awareness among the industry via existing channels in collaboration with other COM team members.作为一名产品沟通专员，通过现有渠道与其他COM团队成员合作，***限度地提高产品在行业中的知名度
？ As product communication specialist to support create communication content such as press release, video, photo, poster, etc. to support different channel communication.作为产品传播专员，支持创建传播内容，如新闻稿，视频，照片，海报等，以支持不同渠道的传播
？ Implement the defined strategy and track the result.执行既定的战略并跟踪结果。
？ Be part of the event execution team such as annual party, tech forums, Shanghai/Beijing Auto shows, etc. 成为年会、科技论坛、上海/北京车展等活动执行团队的一员
Qualification (Skills /Experience/ Education) 任职要求
？ Minimum 6-year experience in digital communication function, prefer in automotive industry 至少6年以上相关工作经验，汽车行业优先考虑
？ Operation of WeChat account is a must必须运营微信公众号
？ Experience on execution of automotive social activities with 3rd party media有第三方媒体汽车社交活动的执行经验
？ Video shooting & editing capability as well as experienced in using GoPro will be a plus具备视频拍摄和编辑能力，有GoPro使用经验者优先考虑
？ Knowledgeable on automotive technology and its future developing trend, prefer strong knowledge in automated driving and smart cockpit了解汽车技术及其未来发展趋势，对自动驾驶和智能驾驶舱有较强的了解
？ Good writing skill in Chinese良好的中文写作能力
