Responsibility
? According to the drawing requirements and customer standards, plan the CNC process steps reasonably, select appropriate equipment types, and meet customer quality and production capacity requirements.
? According to the processing content of the product, prepare the CNC machining steps and select the corresponding CNC cutting tools.
? Independently output CNC machining timing diagrams, machining parameters, beat calculation tables, and simulation reports, supporting the early quotation team.
? Having a certain understanding of CNC machining centers and machining equipment, one can choose standard machine tools or non-standard customized combination machine tools based on product design schemes and customer standards, and provide equipment inquiry instructions.
? Able to evaluate existing equipment, fixtures, and cutting tools, and provide reasonable solutions for the reuse of new products.
? Having a certain understanding of machining tools, one can choose reasonable standard or non-standard tools based on the process.
? Collaborate with suppliers to complete equipment development, fixture design, and tool design, provide technical support during the development process, and ensure compliance with customer delivery technical requirements and timelines.
? Responsible for the debugging process of equipment after entering the factory, optimizing parameters, improving rhythm, and optimizing cutting tools while ensuring the quality of parts processing.
? Support factories to solve machining problems in mass production, improve tool life, optimize machining processes, and related VAVE.
? Establish relevant standards for machining processes and promote them within the Asia Pacific region.
Requirement
? Familiar with Siemens or FANUC CNC programming systems, able to read CNC programs, and able to independently complete machining program writing.
? Proficient in using 3D drawing and modeling programming software such as UG, SolidCAM, MasterCAM, etc.
? Capable of independently completing the entire machining programming from raw materials to finished products, able to understand machining accuracy requirements, read drawings, and correctly select cutting tools.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and organizational skills, able to independently manage suppliers.
? Proficient in office software.
? 10 years or more of work experience.
? College degree or above.
