Job Description: Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets. Retailer Collaboration: Work closely with key retailers to develop tailored marketing plans that drive brand awareness and product visibility. Promotional Activities: Plan and manage in-store promotions, events, and other marketing initiatives to increase product sales and market share. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, providing insights for strategy adjustments. Budget Management: Manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximization of ROI. POS Materials: Oversee the design, production, and distribution of point-of-sale (POS) materials to enhance product visibility and shopper engagement. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools, materials, and training to effectively promote products. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of trade marketing activities, using data to optimize strategies and report on results. Qualifications: 8-10 years experience ,3 years of team management experience Must be 2C retail background,; Good communication skills Occasional business trips; Fluent in English。
