岗位职责: 1. Responsible for monthly payroll & benefit administration affairs of APAC. 2. Responsible for income tax reporting, coordinate with finance department to conduct cost report based upon monthly payroll. 3. Responsible for payroll monthly report preparation and HR monthly report consolidation. 4. Contact person to vendors for expats affairs, e.g. rental, visa, moving. 5. Assistant to support annual budgeting process and other compensation related programs. 6. Provide support on merit increase, year-end bonus calculation. 7. Assist to complete other payroll tasks which are assigned by Manager. 8. 3rd party operators’ payroll. 9. Annual Benefit renewal and related processes if have.
要求: 1. Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited university or college in related majors. 2. Good oral and written English. 3. Minimum 5 years professional work experience in payroll. 4. Workday system experience is a plus. 5. Supportive team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment. 6. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational & documentation skills. 7. Proactive, opened mindset, creative, thoughtful and customer focused. 8. Delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
