Specific Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for the Production Output and meet the customer requirement.
2. Responsible for the production flow management which including the material flow and information flow.
3. Responsible for production line continuous improvement.
4. Responsible for production line discipline and safety.
5. Having experience in the LEAN production and Line balance.
6. Work together with project team to reduce the delivery lead time, make sure On time delivery for customer orders.
7. Responsible for quality improvement by new tooling , new procedure ,new working instruction and so on (Not limited ).
8. Work together with Purchasing team on material coordination to make sure production assembly smoothly and none stop due to material shortage.
9. Responsible for set up a time frame taking the available resources and the priorities into consideration, keep new products can be serially produced in time.
10. Responsible for operators' management including hiring, evaluation and operators' skill development etc.
11. Motivating production team to improve efficiency and continuously improvement.
12. Ensuring the safety regulations and procedures are implemented in department, prohibiting activities which violate regulations and procedures, performing the direct safety responsible leader in the department.
13. Other jobs or task which assigned by direct manager.

Requirements of Job:
1.Bachelor degree or above, Engineering background with 5+ years production management working experience.
2.Strong customer-oriented attitude, self-motivated and responsibility
3.Strong communication skills to motivate and promote excellence in manufacturing through the whole organization.
4.Experience as team leader is preferred, leadership skills is needed. Better to have compressor ,Vacuum pump etc. rotary equipment assembly management experience .
5.Have experience in problem solve and Ergonomic.
6.Good command of English and general software.
