Job Description: 1. Prepare bookings with carriers or booking agents according to CUS staff’s confirmation with clients; release booking to vendor/subcontractor once confirmed; negotiate with carrier for space problem in order to protect space and equipment. 2. Collect container information to send to booking agency. Prepare B/L drafts, compare the container details with the Container Loading Plan provided by CUS section or warehouse, ensure all B/Ls provided to carriers prepared correct and timely. 3. Update CMS completely and timely with no defect, so as to ensure invoice information is in line with actual cargo and provide invoice to supplier timely and correct. 4. To input all data and related information into company system timely and correctly; monitor all data input accuracy in order to make sure smooth data transmission among various parties. 5. Report the exceptional special problems to section leader for solution. Follow up the action plan and report the result to section leader, in order to make sure operation smoothness and efficiency.
Job Qualification: 1. 2 - 5 years working experience in related role or industry. 2. Daily workable written English skills. 3. Working effectively and cooperatively with others.
