工作职责: 1. Develop, manage, and maintain business relationships with assigned regional key accounts supporting the organization's sales strategy.开发、管理并维护所负责区域关键客户业务关系,支持组织销售战略达成 2. Formulate high level technical communication and commercial discussion with decision makers in existing regional key accounts to understand their requirements and needs for new business opportunities, and to maintain strategic relationship with high level management of key account sides. 与目前负责区域内的关键客户的决策层建立高级别技术交流及商业对话,了解新业务机会和客户需求,维护关键客户方面高级别管理层战略关系; 3. Increase the regional key accounts’ loyalty, engagement and satisfaction level and deal with regional key accounts’ complaints. 增加负责区域的关键客户忠诚度、互动以及满意度,处理客户抱怨; 4. Work closely with project management team to deliver the right message from both technical and commercial perspectives to avoid the gap between regional key accounts’ expectation and actual project delivery. 与项目管理团队紧密合作,传递技术和商业角度准确信息,避免出现客户期待和实际项目交付结果之前的差异; 5. Analyze the regional market trend and best practices and understand characteristics of different types of solutions and products to fulfill the demands from regional key accounts.分析区域市场趋势以及经验,熟知不同类型解决方案及产品,来满足所负责区域关键客户的需求。 6. Communicate with regional key accounts and key internal stakeholders to provide accurate and timely quotation and commercial terms to them.与所负责区域关键客户和关键内部相关方沟通,为其提供准确及时的报价信息和商务条款; 7. Provide the sales forecast for his/her responsible regional key accounts to communicate with internal key stakeholders to ensure resources being fully utilized in future.提供所负责客户的销售预测,与内部相关方沟通,确保未来可用资源的充分保障。
