主要职责 Key Responsibilities: 1. 负责半导体设备及相关服务的市场开发、客户维护和销售活动; Responsible for market development, customer maintenance and sales activities of semiconductor equipment, parts and services; 2. 定期拜访客户,收集市场信息,提供销售预测,并根据销售评估识别商机,制定销售策略和计划; Regularly visit customer, collect market information, provide business forecast and sales strategy/plan based on business opportunity identification and assessment; 3. 获得客户的报价需求,与工程和采购团队讨论,核算成本提供报价,并与客户谈判达成合作确认; Get RFQ from customer, review with engineering and procurement team to calculate cost and provide quotation, and negotiate with customer to achieve final business confirmation; 4. 负责内外沟通协调,及时跟进合同签订、运输、安装、货款回收以及后续服务,保证客户满意度以维持长期合作关系; Responsible for internal and external communication and coordination, timely following contract, shipment, installation, AR collection and warranty service, ensure customer satisfaction to maintain long-term business relationship; 5. 及时、准确地完成管理层交办的其他工作。 Complete other tasks assigned by the Management timely and accurately.
任职资格 Qualifications: 1. 统招大专及以上学历,英语流利优先录用,熟练使用微软办公软件; Full-time college degree or above, fluent English, Korean speaking preferred,proficient in Microsoft office software; 2. 5年以上半导体设备及相关产品或服务的销售经验,有技术背景和项目管理者优先考虑; At least 5 years sales experience in semiconductor equipment or related products or services, technical background and project management experience is preferred; 3. 销售导向,良好的销售技巧、谈判运筹、人际关系、理解表达沟通能力,以及报告撰写和演讲能力; Sales orientation, good sales skills, negotiation, interpersonal relations, understanding, expression and communication skills, as well as report writing and presentation skills; 4. 具备敏锐的洞察力、市场分析反馈能力,良好的责任心、主动性、团队合作精神和抗压能力,能经常出差。 Have keen insight, market analysis and feedback ability, good sense of responsibility, initiative, teamwork spirit and anti-pressure ability, and can travel frequently.
