Job Summary: The role is mainly responsible for order fulfilment, support sales operation team to do the order place, mater data maintenance and reporting. He or she will contact with sales, customer service engineer, supply chain and finance to ensure order process smoothly. Responsibilities: 1. Receive and enter orders in SAP and follow standard procedure for order execution. 2. Maintain customer and material master data in SAP timely and escalate to relevant functions to solve problems on time. 3. Work with customer service engineer and supply plan to follow up product design and supply status. 4. Follow up on any order changes and coordinate internally to ensure the supply timely. 5. Use both internal and external customer ERPs to create and send related invoices and shipping docs. 6. Response to customers on order status and solve customer complaints on time. 7. Other jobs assigned by line manager. Qualifications: 1. At least 2-3 years working experience on order management, familiar with logistics and related business trading knowledge. 2. Working experience in semi-conductor, electronics, mechanism industry on spare parts are preferred. 3. Experience in SAP and other CRM systems. 4. Proactive, open mindset, team work.
