Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Python programming knowledge, a flair for math and statistics and affinity to chemistry.
2-5 years of working experience in relevant or similar capacity (as of 15 August 2024 - commencement date of Management Trainee Program 2024).
Confident and positive team player with eagerness to learn.
Passionate with data science and programming.
Strong command of English, and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Excellent analytical, statistical, and computational ability, affinity to science.
Proficiency in data capturing, data analysis and visualization tools and software, digital native.
Multicultural exposure and adaptability with desire for travel.
High loyalty and ethical standard to protect strictly confidential knowledge of Sika and the desire to grow and develop with a company on a long-term scale.
