Job Description: * Hunting for new business opportunities in NCC region; maintain the current Key Account in NCC region, responsible for the related segment market growth; Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned customers. * Working closely with Bus, Segment leaders to implement the business strategy; Conduct regular customer call and visit for project and production follow up and problem solve; work with Sales Technical Support team for technical issue * Handle business contract renewal, negotiate with external customers and BU's on pricing and terms * Provide regular status report to management on customer visit, sales forecast, project growth plan, market situations; * Provide guidance and coaching to Sales Engineers on project issues and customer complaints, * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company product and capabilities, assist to promote company new products; provide market feedback and competitor information to manage me. * Fulfill continuous improvement plan on inventory and A/R control, working with internal teams for the payment collections, inventory controls, customer visits, etc;
Job Requirements: * Degree in Mechanical Engineering or electronic engineering is preferred * 2 years sales experience in Liquid Cooling field in preferred * Knowledge in motor, pump products and application is preferred. * Good presentation and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with all levels of people, including senior management, technical supervisors and engineers. * Good language skills, English reading and writing capability; English speaking will be preferred.
