1 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES TARGET FULFILLMENT 61 Explore new business opportunities and generate sales leads, formulate business solution per the account requirements and meet the sales target. 61 Have good sense to identify sales opportunity, conduct sales calls and customer visits within the assigned territory through conversion, retention, and penetration activities to gain more business. 61 Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive for success on business tenders and collect reference business intelligence for revaluation. 61 Take lead of business project or campaign, to formulate business strategy, execution and monitoring to deliver the expected result. 61 Review the pipeline and do reporting at weekly meeting. Summarize the clients' information with volumes, routing, personal evaluation etc. 61 Achieve individual new local business targets in terms of volume, new business win and net revenue etc. 61 Gather market information and identify sales leads and strategy. 2 COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT/ /SETUP AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SOLUTIONS / FOLLOW UP 61 Redact and update on regular basis the “Charters of Account” for the customers he/she is interacting with: 83 Summary of CEVA’s competitive position at the customers, analysis of the situation (market share, competitors, differentiation). 83 Definition of short and mid-terms commercial targets, and preparation of the action plans to reach them. 83 Extension of CEVA’s range of relationship and network inside the customer structure. 61 Share and animate the business development plan set-up together with the Corporate Key Account Managers, in the geographic area where he is located. 61 Supervise, animate and control the tender’s activities submitted by the customers, along with the operational business units and countries involved. 61 Transversally supervise, animate and control the operational implementation phase at any level (local, national, global) together with the operational team in charge. 61 Supervise, animate and control the after sales activities: claims management, invoicing, cash recovery, KPI for the customers under his responsibility and in his geographic area. 61 Organize, prepare, animate and support the regular business reviews between, CEVA and the customer at the highest possible level. 3 TRANSVERSALITY –TEAM WORK 61 Work on own customers’ business development. 61 Participate and take responsibilities in internal transversal workshops, project groups or task forces where he/she can be called on. 61 Support with his/her personal experience and know how any commercial development even not related to the key customers, if required. 61 Track and review team performance on regular basis, organize internal meetings/trainings to guide team 61 Align with FVL Sales Manager, BD head and product on FVL strategy and plans 4 TEAM COORDINATION 61 Builds the best suitable transversal work-team to fulfill customers’ needs. 61 Motivates and gather transversal teams internally to support the project phase when replying to customers tenders. 61 Makes sure that teams involved gets the necessary and relevant information from the customer in order to provide the best suitable offers and services. 61 Ensure a proper understanding of customer’s requirements for all parties involved inside the company. Requirement: 61 Bachelor, or master degree in logistics or related major 86 Minimum 5 years working experience in supply chain 86 Good knowledge in automotive logistics 86 Good experience with the know-how of international transport includes import and export by sea freight (FCL&LCL), air freight and multimodal. 86 Good English skill in both writing and speaking. 86 Good PC skills of Microsoft Office Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
