职位概述: Be a key contact window to customers for quality issue, Drive and improve quality and service to achieve customer satisfaction. 作为客户质量沟通的重要窗口,驱动和改善质量及服务,以达到客户满意。 Responsibilities岗位职责: 1. Coordinate external or internal resource to solve customer quality and product testing issue.协调内外部资源解决客户的质量及产品测试问题。 2. Conduct failure analysis to identify the root cause and provide the solution to fix the application & quality issue, issue report and write the FA report when necessary. 进行失效分析,找出根本原因针对应用及质量问题提出解决方案,必要时撰写质量报告及失效分析报告。 3. Using quality tools to address customer complaints, enquiries, coordinate supplier failure analysis, root cause determination, corrective and preventive actions. 使用相关质量工具,处理客户投诉、咨询,协调供应商的质量问题分析,找到根本原因,采取相应的纠正及预防措施。 4. Communicate and follow through with supplier ,internal personnel and customers on quality issue till resolution.在质量问题上与客户,供应商及内部相关人员进行沟通,以达到相应问题的解决。 5. Customer 8D report response and corrective action validation.客户8D报告回复和整改措施有效性确认。. 6. Reasonably assess quality problems and tests and make appropriate decisions to achieve resolution.通过对质量问题及质量测试的合理评估,做出合理的决断以达到质量问题的解决。 7. Travel required for customer quality issue and external supplier audits.因客户质量问题及外部供应商审核必要的出差。 8. Lead quality improvement initiatives, implement proactive actions to reduce test quality incidents.主导质量改进计划,采取主动措施减少质量事故的发生。 9. Work collaboratively with internal quality, engineering and production people to support customer and internal audits.与内部的质量、工程及生产部人员合作,支持客户审核及内审。 10. SPC system maintain & SPC reporting SPC系统维护及完成SPC报告 11. Conduct customer’s quality meeting 组织客户质量会议 12. Participate in customer business reviews, when necessary必要时参加客户业务评审 Requirements任职要求: Fab related process experience or QA Fab experience is preferred. 晶圆厂工艺经验或质量管理经验优先考虑。 Degree: bachelor degree or above,major in science and engineering. 学历:本科及以上学历,理工科相关专业 Experience: minimum 8 years working experience, including more than 3 years customer quality management experience 相关工作经验:8年以上工作经验,其中3年以上相关客户质量管理工作经验 English: CET-4,Good commend of written English, good oral English is preferred 英语:CET-4(英文读写能力熟练,良好的英文口语优先考虑) Skills: statistics, QA sample plan and 8D reporting relevant skills, familiar with ISO/TS quality system management standards. 技能:统计、QA Sample plan及8D报告 相关技能,熟悉ISO/TS质量系统管理标准 Capability: strong communication skills, problems resolving,logical analysis skills, and familiar with Microsoft office software 能力:出色的沟通能力、解决问题、逻辑分析能力,熟练使用基本的办公管理软件 characteristics:Rigorous, principled, strong sense of responsibility and team sprit 个性:严谨,有原则,具备较强的责任心和团队精神。
