Role Summary:

Be part of the ESD Regional IT Application Team, Project management and application support. Reports to the IT Director APAC.

Key responsibilities:
- Companies to support in the region
1. ESD offices in China and remote support for other sites in Asia
2. Backup for other ESD subsidiaries in China

- Development, operation and monitoring of business systems and solutions
1. Regional business systems, mainly ERP support to end-users and engineers
2. System administration for business systems
3. Overall technical design, development and troubleshooting
4. Technology upgrade and special projects such as archiving solutions, migration to new tools Implement and test adjustments and extensions of existing solutions
5. SQL Database Administration, Performance tuning and continuous implementation of Enterprise features and functions to upscale the platform Analyse and solve reported errors
6. Analysis of business processes and requirements, take initiatives and implement optimizations
7. Change and release management
8. External consultancy partners management to ensure quality development work and follow project governance
9. Documentation of business process, requirements, design, test, etc.
Responsibilities and authorities:
10. With being self-driven take necessary actions on upcoming request / tasks
11. Inform closest manager on progress and actions taken to secure the environment

Key competences:
1. Experience in analyzing & troubleshooting system problems
2. Hands on experience with ERP, CRM, BPM, MES, CPQ, etc. business systems or some of them
3. Experience with Power BI, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, and deep skills in MS-SQL
4. Support experience for ERP software and ensuring seamless integration with local IT systems
5. Be entitled to execute projects and their related maintenance for all relevant applications
6. Ability to work under pressure
7. Good knowledge in visual studio, JS, JQuery, .net, etc.

Requirements:
1. College, bachelor's degree, or on the job experience equivalent
2. Has 3+ years of business applications experience
3. Possesses strong influencing and communication skills, along with an openness and positivity towards change
4. Understands of the ITIL processes
5. Willingness to travel in Asia
6. Fluent in English (verbal & writing)
