This position is the System Engineer who responsible for system establishment & management in the Business Unit (BU for short hereafter) and as the general operational process executor of technical management to meet the BU’s demand in internal & external business operation support. Besides above this position also supports the Technical Manager GCN with a close focus on the development and role out of the digital strategy on BU and even Division level. This includes the lead of digital initiatives, platforms, sales enablement tools, digital commercial excellent trainings, customer/supplier process improvements, new supplier, etc.
Job Responsibilities 1.Be responsible for KMS system establishment and management on BU level with logic and comprehension, mainly focus on functional development, user feedback collaboration, internal and external needs collection and implementation with vender based on working process, BU requirements, project meeting arrangement and schedule planning etc. (35%) 2.Be as process owner about KMS system relevant tasks in BU, e.g. frame guideline, procedure, budget and take training role to relevant colleagues. (15%) 3.Fully understand the business scenarios, analyze the working process, support to execute needs practically implement on the system with team based on the business strategy. (20%) 4.Vendor Support-Vendor monitor including project nodes, key points, periodic acceptance & delivery with a close-loop. (10%) 5.Periodically lead and review the KMS system with efficiency oriented and quality-based approach. (10%) 6.Support on the internal company communication, e.g. BU internal information delivery, collaboration with KTM team. (5%) 7.Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager and / or BL Manager (5%)
Job Requirements:
1.Familiar with vehicle homologation business (Priority in EU vehicle homologation) or whole vehicle develop process 2.Bachelor’s degree or above with CET 6 or above 3.> 2-5 years of working experience in Project Management or data analysis 4.Facility with many Systems Engineering tools and methods: Use case ideation, requirements development, risk analysis, trade space decision-making, root cause analysis 5.Proficient MS office, excel, PPT skill, data analysis is a plus 6.Hosted or participated in the construction of digital projects 7.Demonstrated systems thinking 8.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to learn quickly. 9.Careful, patient and reliable working behavior, strong teamwork spirit; 10.Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (Mandarin) with interpersonal skills. 11.Ability to manage multiple tasks and timeframes in a complex organizational structure. 12.Objective-oriented and result-driven mindset 13.Work efficiency under pressure 14.Certification of PMP is a plus
