职位名称:Food Safety&Quality Lead(食品安全与质量主管)
职责介绍:
Reporting: Collation of data relating to food safety and quality for timely generation of reports to be reviewed by the China Leadership Team and Global Quality. Reports may include root cause analysis, trends monitoring and suggestions for improvement.
建立和完善3PM的开发、审批、跟踪和评估体系,确保3PM提供稳定、优质的产品和服务并保护公司品牌。
3PM Management: Grow and nurture a local pool of third-party manufacturers (3PM) focusing on food safety and product quality.
开发和管理在中国的第三方合作制造商的食品安全和质量管理体系.
When necessary, be required to reside at the factory for an extended period to oversee the 3PM in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining quality and food safety standards.

Sign and manage agreements with 3PMs.
签订和管理与第三方合作制造商的协议。
Assess and evaluate performance of 3PM backed by data. Provide timely feedback such as customers’ complaints to ensure delivery of consistent quality products and services to protect corporate/brand image.

Partner with business and functional leads to drive risk mitigation, adopting proactive action, and push for continuous improvement.

Implement corrective action plans to improve quality and cultivate a “food safety” mindset.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work with New Product Development (NPD) to ensure quality initiatives, metrics, and standards are appropriately addressed and included in the programs.

Coordinate with NPD and Marketing on the formulation and revision of product specifications/quality standards. Ensure that our products meet the agreed quality standards in the production process and during any quality inspection.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate externally sourced products ensuring high quality standards and effectively eliminate non-conformances.

Customer Relationship management (CRM): Support CRM strategy by tracking communications/interactions with customers/consumers. Relevant data to be collected to provide insightful information that helps with process improvements, creation of new measures and/or SOP.

Create SOP on customer/consumer complaints handling and corresponding prevention plans on issues relating to manufacturing, quality, food safety, regulatory compliance.

Continuously track and follow up on customers’ complaints until closure. Compliant cases to be categorized for further analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Be familiar with packaging labeling laws, regulations, industry standards, and related materials, and conduct audits of product labels and promotional materials to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Responsible for handling complaints and emergency incidents related to reports, possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to promptly and accurately propose effective solutions, and communicate with relevant supervisory and law enforcement departments.
熟悉包装标识法律法规和行业规范等相关资料,进行产品标签和宣传材料审核,确保合法合规性。负责投诉举报突发事件的应对工作,具备较强的分析判断能力和解决问题能力,并提出有效的解决方案,与相关监督执法部门沟通。

职位要求:
Bachelor Degree or its equivalent in Food Science, Microbiology or Life Sciences. MBA degree is a plus.
食品科学、微生物学或生命科学专业本科或学士学位,高学历优先。
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
熟练使用微软办公软件。
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Chinese) with the ability to communicate at the appropriate level across the organization.
双语精通 (中/英文). 优秀的书面和口头沟通能力以具备在组织内良好的沟通能力。
Strong influencing, analytical and problem-solving skills
具备影响技能、分析和解决问题的能力。
Ability to make sound and timely judgments in a fast-paced environment
能够及时反应并做出正确判断。
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment with more than 3 years in a supervisory role and in one of the functions: quality, operations, product development innovation or supply management
5年及以上食品制造工厂管理经验。3年及以上食品制造工厂的员工管理经验,如质量、生产、PDI或供应管理。
Extensive knowledge of China Food Safety Law and the related regulations.
具备丰富的中国食品安全法及相关法规知识。
Broad knowledge and experience with food safety and quality standards such as GFSI and HACCP
广泛的食品安全和质量标准知识和经验,如GFSI和HACCP。
Experience with Lean Six Sigma is a plus
有精益六西格玛经验者优先。
Self-starter, able to work independently, understands strategic objectives and translates into action plans for the team

Collaborative and passionate individual who illustrates patience and empathy when dealing with callers on the phone.
