About the role The Product Manager is responsible for brand’s product innovation and activation growth initiatives according to overall product strategic. You’ll oversee certain category / franchises to ensure business improvements and relevant campaign implementation.
As a Product Manager you will - Identify up-to-date emerging market and consumer trends to develop eye, gifting and fragrance strategy to nourish global marketing and product development team. - Lead execution of product marketing strategy incl. category analysis, product assets, product launch process and go-to-market plan. - Lead 360 boost campaign including brand and product premiumization with deliverables for sales team EC and offline team. - Drive campaigns on new launches, drive growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue. - Continuous tracking on product performance and issue identification and monitor campaign on-market performance and be agile to action plans. - Manage budget and ensure NPD & hero products forecast accuracy . - Manage strong partnership with cross-functional team to maintain on-time deliverables
Who you will work with - Reports into the Category Marketing Manager
About you - Bachelor’s degree or above - 5+ years above experience at brand / product marketing. Makeup/Fragrance experience is a plus. - Experience on leading marketing campaign development and implementation - Good project management and communication skill - Proficiency on office software, especially Excel and PPT skill - Result-oriented and creative thinking - Mature, agile and good team player - Strong oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
