Major Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute the comprehensive international social media strategy including the brand perception/amplification goals, content , brand voice, and posting cadence. 2. Manage and oversee content plans for all international channels, gather insights and audience analysis to make recommendations and adjustments to social media strategy. 3. Create and manage marketing campaigns that increase visibility, drive enrollment, and enhance the reputation of the programme; 4. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the international market; 5. Build relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective students, alumni, industry leaders, and other relevant parties; 6. Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a consistent message and brand identity across all international marketing channels; 7. Manage the budget for the international marketing campaign, ensuring all expenses are within budget and tracking ROI; 8. Analyze and report on the success of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for future improvements.
Basic Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Is an English native speaker; 2. 5+ years of experience with at least 3 years in marketing, with a focus on international markets; 3. Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management, and the ability to interpret data and make recommendations; 4. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously; 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Mandarin is a plus; 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions; 7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
