Job Responsibility: 1. Responsible for company visitor reception, daily administrative affairs, including mail sending and receiving, file management, employees desk arrangement etc. 2. Responsible for the company's switchboard telephone answering, forwarding, sending and receiving faxes, document copying, etc. 3. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for all employees. 4. Responsible for the organization of company activities and meetings, and effective planning, organization, implementation, and safety assurance of activities and meetings. 5. Responsible for purchasing, registering, distributing, keeping the company's office supplies and assets. Printing, distributing documents. 6. Responsible for the company's personnel outgoing registration, personnel attendance reports, preparing/updating company communication list, and other related work; text entry into computer, document editing. 7. Company car scheduling / arrangement, office environment maintenance, purchase of sporadic items, discovery and elimination of potential safety hazards in the office. 8. Responsible for guests’ reception work such as greeting, guiding, serving tea etc. 9. Assistance to GM with the company's event planning. 10. Responsible for the annual inspection of the company business license, company seals update where necessary. 11. Responsible for the supervision and management of the office order and environmental sanitation of the company and the on-site headquarters. 12. Daily paperwork, data sorting, interpreting/translating and other general administrative affairs; any tasks assigned by the GM. Job Requirement: 1. at least 3 years of proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role within international corporations. 2. BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field. 3. Language Requirement – Chinese (mother language), English (fluent), Russian (knowledge of Russian language is welcome, not mandatory). 4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Excellent organizational skills. 6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.).
